Since the new management took over in Jackson, this center has truly become a warm, welcoming, and well-run community. The improvements are noticeable in every aspect—from the cleanliness of the facilities to the quality of care and attention each resident receives. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional. It’s clear Christin and Eric genuinely care about the residents' well-being. My loved one feels happier than ever! 👏🏻

Dream Catchers is under new management and what a difference has been made. I truly feel more comfortable with the new management and staff. I have confidence and comfort for my family to be a part of the community.

I recently had a family member at the dirty nasty unsupervised place that is set back into the woods to hide how its being run. They have bed bug and the doors are not locked so anyone can come in. I'm glad my family member is no longer there to treated so badly . For the amount that is paid to care for a loved one. Th money isn't being spent on the loved one it must be going into someone's pocket like the manager. I feel sorry for the sweet helpless people that are still there. It's a shame.

New management has taken over and i can already see positive changes! Everything is much cleaner and the new hair dresser is also great!

My mom is at Dream Catcher Farm and has been there over a year. It is a wonderful place. She grew up on a farm with good home cooking. When I toured the place, I knew it was where she needed to be. Such a cozy home with beautiful surroundings. When I was taken to the dining room, Ms. Lettye was cooking and it looked and smelled wonderful. I knew mom would eat her cooking as mom can be very picky. Actually, over the year Ms. Lettye has gotten to know mom and knows what she does and does not eat. The girls taking care of the residents are always cordial and have also become familiar with mom and her behavior/needs. I go by frequently and am never disappointed with how I find my mom. She is very well loved. The residents are like a family. The administration is also kind and very efficient in caring for the residents’ needs. They are visible and engaged. That is so important. They matched mom with the absolutely perfect roommate. That is impressive. I feel blessed. I can rest when I leave there knowing how much everyone cares for mom. I would definitely recommend Dream Catcher Farm to everyone.
