Grace Valley

Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for the attentive and loving care my mom received while living at Grace Valley. She was SO VERY happy there, unlike anywhere else. The staff to resident care ratio is roughly 3:1, whereas at an expensive assisted care facility it is 40:1, and she as often left alone. I used to work at a well known assisted care facility as an LPN and I can tell you that it was impossible to spend time with residents while caring for 40 on my shift. At Grace Valley, the staff interact with the residents all day long. It is designed like your own home with a large open floor plan so that the residents can watch TV in the living room while the staff prepare meals in the kitchen and serve them at the table or wherever they wish. When you walk in the front door, it is like walking into your family home with the smell of something cooking, folks watching TV, others hanging out at the kitchen table, everyone interacting. Residents can nap in their recliners in the living room or in the peace and privacy of their own private room. I would never again put my mom in a large facility. The staff at Grace Valley are FABULOUS. They become just as attached to your family as they are to their own. It is a family owned and operated Christian business that truly loves their clients. The best facility I have ever experienced.

My Mom was resident here for 6 years and what great experience it was. I loved the way she was able to feel useful as long as she could, by helping around the home by setting the table or repotting plants. The staff took care of not only her, but our family as we came and went. She was shown love everyday and I am so grateful they were there for Mom when we couldn’t be. Thank you to Becky, Gina, Gwen and all the rest the staff you are the best!

What a wonderful place! My Mom was a resident for 6 years, and she loved it! The peace of mind you get knowing your loved one is safe, happy and cared for is priceless. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit. You will be glad you did, and your loved one will thank you!

Grave Valley was an amazing facility for Mom. The owner, Becky and all the staff are so attentive, not just to the residents but to their famalies as well. If you are looking for a place for an aging family member, you will not find a better place.
