Went to visit Autumn Ridge for a loved one. They’re doing a whole new makeover inside and out. It looks beautiful and I’m waiting for a spot to place my loved one! Karen the manager was super nice and very knowledgeable about senior care. The residence all looked very well cared for and happy and the staff We’re very kind to the residence and I could see that they had a positive relationship with one another. I love the way this assisted living home is placed in a residential area very quiet very peaceful.
Be careful!! Some are not who they want You to believe, I'm in a Geri Chair , have to use a hoyer which takes two caregivers which I've been discriminated against am ALWAYS left last, left for hours outside when there's 7-9 people working.. When You speak out against what they do they say they won't argue ARGUE? Because they're not wrong, They're okay by having Me call 911 to get their job done. What an embarrassment. Lol Everyone is replaceable and sadly they talk bad about each other. It's a beautiful place, nothing to do . Of course I have an attitude wouldn't You. When Your Life is micromanaged

You can tell they genuinely care about the people they support. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a calm, peaceful atmosphere that helps residents feel safe and comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience working with Autumn Ridge Assisted Living. I had the pleasure of working with the facility for their flooring needs, very professional and polite throughout the whole experience.
