My mother in law lives at the wildflower. My complaint is that she has fallen a few times and we never received a call or anything. I worked in senior facilities. And protocol is that they should always call the family and yet we have not received a call. My mother law and the administrator got into it face to face. The administration in a low voice and in her face that I told you there was a med tech.

My mom is a resident, and gets treated like a child by the Administrator. She's 91 years young, and she got in her face raising her voice, because my mom told her that the med tech didn't give her medications until after 10pm! She has been taken to the hospital on numerous occasions by ambulance, and nobody bothered to call any family to notify us! This is unacceptable of a supposedly professional establishment!

My mom is a resident there. They have discontinued meds that were never supposed to be stopped And had a stroke due to them discontinuing her stroke meds .when she goes to the hospital. They do not care if it's after hours. They will not answer the phone for her to be able to get a ride back. So she has to take a taxi. Or figure out a different rider. Family members me has to come get her All hours of the night because wildflower doesn't answer their phone when she is sent to the hospital even Dearing work hours , it has been difficult to get ahold of anyone some stuff are great but must just there for the pay Do not recommend ......

If I could give a zero I would. My mom was in the memory care wing. The care here is lacking, her clothes/shoes went missing as well as her walker, wheelchair and glasses. Management here are incompetent and never followed thorough. This place only care about making money. On 3/31 Mom fell and fractured her hip. The new owner’s team did not return my call after leaving two voicemail messages to inquire about mom’s fall. We moved mom to another place. She’s getting much better care and very content. Do not bring your loved one here!

My mother lived at Wildflower in the memory care wing. During the months that she was there I visited almost every single day. I got a firsthand look at the aides, the meals, the day and night care. I can honestly say that I never saw any behavior other than caring, loving and helpful as the aides and staff worked not only with my mother but with all the residents living there. I was so impressed with their patience and tenderness. I helped my mother at meal times and was very happy with the food and service and choices. Everyone at Wildflower was extremely friendly and helpful and if it came down to it I myself would gladly live there. When my mother passed away the aides could not have been more supportive and helpful and loving. They allowed me to stay by her side all through the night, vacating mom's roommate so we could be alone. I just can't say enough about how impressed I have been with Wildflower and the care they gave mom. Thankyou everyone at Wildflower....you made an unbearable situation bearable and gave my mother peace and calm in the last months of her life.
