The Cottages at Lacey

The Cottages of Lacey has been an incredible place for our loved one. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure our sister is very well taken care of. The staff does an excellent job of communicating with family members regarding any issues and are available to answer any calls or concerns the family may have. There is plenty of activities for the residents to engage in and overall, this facility is highly recommended. I would not hesitate to give a 5-star review to any family that is considering putting a loved one at the Cottage of Lacey.

My mom had lived in a different facility for 4.5 years. Her blood sugar was very high. After living at the cottages for a few months, her blood sugar is under control. The cottage caregivers are very attentive and caring. The administrative staff are friendly and helpful. I'm am grateful that I found this facility. This is a wonderful place. Clean and well staffed. I'm glad my mom is here. They go above and beyond to work with families to meet the needs of the residents.

I absolutely love the staff and the care they provide for my mother. I have never once had a negative interaction with any caregiver and all my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I recommend the Cottages to anyone who needs loving and good care for their loved ones.

Such a wonderful place for my mom. The staff treat her like a favorite family member, as they do with all the residents. Everyone shows how committed they are for taking care of the residents they are entrusted with. They have fun activities to keep mom engaged and are always super friendly when we visit. The facilities are also kept very clean. If mom can’t be home, I’m glad she can be at The Cottages.
