My family is very pleased with the atmosphere And energy the Staff provides for my Mother at the Bristol in Lake Success. This decision is very difficult for any family to make for a loved one. The Staff provides all the support you need for this transition. Everyone makes an effort to know her name. It has become “ home”.

My Mom has been a resident at the Bristal for three months now. My brother and I are comforted by the warmth of the staff and knowing that she is well taken care of. We regularly visit and see first hand the attention paid to each resident. Moving Mom to the Bristal has been the best move we made to ensure her care.

Over seven years ago I was looking to move my parents, both of whom were diagnosed with dementia, back to New York to live in a memory care facility. I looked at several facilities which had been recommended to me, but after seeing the Bristal in Lake Success, my search was over. The building itself was brand new then, but still looks the same today. The staff were attentive and caring and kept me updated regularly about issues I sometimes did not even realize my parents had. It was tough to watch my parents' cognitive decline as a result of their dementia but a great source of comfort to feel I had done my best to look after them and maximize and preserve the abilities they did have by having them cared for by the wonderful people at the Bristal in Lake Success.

Ever since my father came to live at the Bristal, he has been cared for with kindness, professionalism and respect by all Bristal staff. The residence is not overcrowded, and there is a great resident to staff ratio. All staff we encountered cares greatly about their charges. When needed, the staff has always communicated with us promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend The Bristal at Lake Success for anyone in need of compassionate expert memory care.

My mom has been at the Bristal for a little under a year. I cannot say enough good things about it. The feeling you get is one of being in a beautiful hotel. It is spacious and always spotlessly clean.The staff is very friendly, caring and professional. The management is always available to help with any questions we may have. There are multiple activities a day, trips, music and many organized special events.The wellness and medical staff make sure everyone is taken care of with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. This is a wonderful environment for those with dementia and their families
