"Unfortunately our experience with mom and dads house was quite literally a nightmare. My 99 year old bedridden mom was not allowed to return to this facility after a doctor appt. We were literally scrambling and beside ourselves as she had no where to go. I called social services to investigate this injustice. Social services substantiated our complaint and the state also had Ivonne return $2500 she had illegally charged as a processing fee. Our experience was awful and caused much heartache for our family. While I can understand a facility not feeling a resident is a good match, that is no excuse to not work with the family nor give us notice. Please go to social services and read on our complaints before you decide if this is where you want your loved one. "
