Westside Villa

I just moved in here and will update when I move out but the whole move in process went by really smoothly. The whole front office staff were really helpful and kind, they kept me updated every time I reached out to them and they were consistent with reaching out to me in a timely manner. Personally I am terrified of spiders and have had to deal with a lot of spiders moving in but I understand that’s what happens when there’s so many gorgeous trees and grass around. There’s pest control and maintenance on site and they have been incredibly receptive and timely with my pest control requests and what I feel is above and beyond for helping me with my patio. I’m incredibly grateful. The area is relatively nice, the grounds keeping is nice and feels nice to come home to. The pool and hot tub are lovely. It’s nice to see a playground for the kids by the laundry rooms. The laundry rooms are clean and functional, you have to pay but it’s convenient. There’s plenty of first come first serve parking. Heads up: the walls are a bit thin and my upstairs neighbor has a bit of creaky floors.

My husband and I have been living at West Park Villas for 7 months now, and we absolutely LOVE it here! This is our very first apartment together, and Jennifer made the move-in process so easy, smooth, and stress-free, which made starting this new chapter in our lives even more exciting. The community is wonderful. Even neighbors with children are so quiet, respectful, and courteous, which makes it such a peaceful place to come home to every day. We also can’t say enough about the amenities: the clean and convenient laundry rooms, the adorable mini dog park, the relaxing pool and jacuzzi, and the gym room that makes staying active a breeze. Everything here just feels so well cared for. We’re so happy we chose West Park Villas, and we truly hope to be here for many more years to come!

Jennifer is the best leasing agent and I love the residents and the pool is nice, maintenance responds fast, cleaning crew keeps everything clean. I have had no issues really. I feel safe and apartment is cozy. Neighbors/residents are good.

Hi , I ve been living here a year now. I am so happy starting from all the greenery and butiful plants. They just remodeled the pool. It looked fabulous already but looking forward to enjoy the new looks. I never use the gym, but went the other day and didn’t know the had an elliptical and cardio plus weights. It makes so happy that I have so many choices. My favorite place to sit is by the pool . There are seat and benches in a lovely setting it s right by the barbecues. I go there and put my feet on the grass. Anyhow I know I can go on but just wanted to share a little bit of my life at West Park Villas.🙏😃

I love the way they care for the property. The management team is very courteous and respectful. I am happy to have met Sherette before she got her promotion.
