Evergreen Estates Retirement Community

My momma m has been a guest of Evergreen Retirement Communit for over a year. She is extremely happy, feels secure and a part of the family. She enjoys the activities and the food.

Be wary of this place. Learn to see the welcoming facade for what it is, a facade. I really couldn't say whether they treat their residents or employees worse. The place smells like urine. They feed cold sandwiches on styrofoam for dinner. Their kitchen has multiple malfunctioning equipment as well as infestation. They claim to care and listen to their residents while ultimately running the show like a prison, personal experience on both accounts. They gaslight their employees and accuse them of of theft without cause in attempts to terminate or force them to quit. This corporation is nothing more than greed, and they want to make a profit. The care of their residents let alone their staff is far from a legitimate concern to them. If anything, it is just a facade in hopes to get you and your money in the door. Be wary

Mom and I are enjoying Evergreen Estates very much. The private rooms are wonderful and she has chosen one with courtyard access. She was even allowed to bring her cat as per the pet policy! We are excited to welcome the new chef to this retirement community. The staff here is wonderful and mom has made new friends already. She enjoys the activities too! Thank you everyone!

My mom moved there a little over a year ago and she loves her new home! Her room is spacious and she enjoys eating in the dining room with the other residents. The staff are friendly and take good of my mom!

We moved our mother-in-law to Evergreen Estates because we were concerned with her living alone. She has a beautiful room with a door to a private courtyard. As her condition has changed, the home has been very helpful and willing to adjust to her needs. If we need to talk to someone, they are available either by phone or email. Overall, we are very satisfied with Evergreen Estates.
