I have a family member at Silverado Red Rock, and I’ve been beyond impressed with the time, energy, and heart the staff puts into making the community vibrant and engaging. While health and safety are always my top priorities (and I’ve seen them handled with professionalism and care) it’s the extra effort that truly sets this place apart. From frequent themed parties to creative gatherings and daily activities, they go out of their way to make life fun and fulfilling for the residents. There’s a real sense of joy and community here, and it means the world to know my loved one is in such a positive and supportive environment.

Volunteering at Silverado Memory Care has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The staff is truly remarkable — they go above and beyond to ensure each resident is cared for with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. Their dedication creates a warm and welcoming environment that makes both residents and volunteers feel like part of one big family. I’m always impressed by how much effort they put into planning meaningful events and activities. These gatherings not only bring joy to the residents but also keep their families and the community engaged, fostering a strong sense of connection and support. Every visit reminds me why I love being a part of this community. The combination of caring staff, thoughtful programming, and the focus on creating special moments for residents makes Silverado Memory Care a truly wonderful place to volunteer.

I'm one of the lucky performers in rotation at Silverado Red Rock, and I have to say that the entire staff has just been great to work with (gig or no gig). The caregivers always have a smile and a warm greeting. They're consistently present, attentive, very kind and patient with the residents. I love how they always jump in to dance and encourage the residents to participate - it's makes for a great time for me and all in attendance. The residents are always neat & clean, and the place is spotless! They receive beautifully displayed snacks during happy hour. Honestly, I can't say enough good things, It's genuinely one of my favorite places to perform and I look forward to it every time. If I ever needed a place for a family member, I would not hesitate to choose Silverado Red Rock.

One of the most outstanding aspects of Silverado is their consistent staffing, which offers vital continuity for residents with memory loss. This stability builds trust, comfort, and familiarity, all essential in dementia care. The presence of a 24/7 on-site nurse provides peace of mind to families, ensuring that their loved ones are always cared for and valued. Silverado’s team is not only kind, but also highly trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, setting them apart from other communities. What truly stands out is that they go beyond basic care, the staff works daily to create meaningful engagement and maintain each resident’s dignity. The attention to detail and commitment to enriching lives make Silverado a community I wholeheartedly recommend.

My father-in-law had been too many facilities prior to him going to Silverado. I can see without a doubt that this is one of the best places for memory care in Las Vegas. The staff are excellent at communicating and despite the many struggles that my father-in-law goes through on a daily basis they’re there to support him through his journey. I don’t know if they still do this, but when they did the tour when I went, they had an apple pie that they gave me that was bomb! I ate the whole thing by myself. I have actually never done that in my life. I am also not overweight it just was that good. Give him a shot!
