Orchard Park Victory Lakes

We placed my mother in law at this facility hoping it had changed for the better with new management. Unfortunately it’s gotten even worse. The roach problem was ridiculous, laundry and cleaning were rarely done correctly, meds were done incorrectly and actually detrimental to my mother in law. After several falls, we quickly realized we needed to remove her from the facility and get the state involved. The nurse is inept, and aside from a select few care staff, none have any business working there. If you value your loved ones, stay away from this place. It really needs to be shut down.

Orchard Park is a beautiful facility and the staff are nothing short of wonderful. When my dear friend was going through a difficult time and needed a new place to stay, everyone at the facility showed an incredible willingness to accommodate. Stephanie in particular showed great compassion and went way above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. I simply cannot say enough good things about both the staff and the facility. Orchard Park at Victory is a quiet, quaint facility. We moved my grandmother-in-law this week and she is already making friends Her room has a view of the water with birds right outside her window. Her room is very spacious so she can have family and friends over. We also like that UTMB hospital is nearby along with several restaurants and stores if we need to pick up anything. The reception area had coffee and fresh fruit. Orchard Park is very clean and kept. It has a welcoming feel when you walk in.
