Silverado Lee’s Summit Memory Care Community

Words alone cannot express how thankful I am for Silverado. My mom had some extreme behaviors and we were desperate for help. I’ve had experiences with a couple other memory car/assisted living facilities in the area and Silverado blows them out of the water. They are not only staffed well, but the staff sincerely love and care for each resident. They are communicative, patient, and kind with both residents and families. The residents are also kept busy doing fun and engaging activities. Silverado is wonderful; the biggest blessing, and I cannot thank them enough. They created the space for my mother and I to repair our relationship and be joyful before she passed. And for that I will forever be grateful.

Our family cannot say enough wonderful things about Silverado. After a challenging experience at a previous memory care facility, we were anxious and unsure about what the next step should look like for my dad. From the moment he transferred to Silverado, every single expectation we had was exceeded. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and consistently communicated with us — something we valued so much after what we had been through. They did an incredible job of keeping residents engaged, active, and truly meeting them where they are, no matter what level of memory care needed. We want to give a very special thank-you to Nichelle, Jessica, and Kaylee. Their patience, kindness, and expertise helped guide us through each transition, including the shift into hospice care. Even that difficult stage was handled with such dignity and support that it brought our family a tremendous amount of comfort. Silverado made an overwhelming journey feel manageable, and we will forever be grateful for the care and love they showed. We would recommend them wholeheartedly to any family navigating memory care.

Silverado was an absolute blessing for our family. Every single person there took the time to truly get to know my husband — not just his needs, but his personality, his humor, and the small things that made him him. The level of care was incredible. Even on the hard days, when challenges came up (as they do), they always had a thoughtful solution and handled everything with calm, confidence, and compassion. There was always something happening — activities, music, visits, conversations — and the team consistently tried to engage him in ways that felt meaningful. Communication with our family was proactive, consistent, and incredibly reassuring. And honestly, my husband in his right mind would’ve been the first to say he’d never want to be in a care community…but he settled in. They always made sure he was well cared for in every way. Everyone — from maintenance and housekeeping to the caregivers, nursing team and leadership — was absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness and commitment made such a difference during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. I’m deeply grateful for everything they did. We highly recommend Silverado.

Silverado Lee's Summit Memory Care is absolutely wonderful. From Day 1, when my dad moved in, he felt so welcomed, appreciated and cared about. The admin staff, nursing staff, amazing caregivers & housekeeping - all so caring & compassionate. Not one time in all our visits there did we see anything of concern. Dad formed bonds with so many there and it was obvious how much they cared about him. He was very content and grateful to be there. We were always kept well informed. They offer so many great activities, outings, family events, exercise and more. Watching how much the Silverado staff genuinely enjoys interacting with their residents gave us peace of mind. Their caring hearts even went beyond the residents, extending to our family. I am truly grateful for all these wonderful people at Silverado. They DO go above and beyond. My sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you that so selflessly and lovingly cared for my dad. You all have a special place in my heart.

Silverado is amazing! The atmosphere when you walk in feel like home! The activities are top notch, they ensure the residents have engaging activities multiple times a day. I never go in where there aren’t multiple residents participating in the activities, all smiling and having the best time! The nursing staff is great, they all care about their residents as if they are their own family! I would recommend this place to anyone needing to place a family member in memory care!
