The Laurel at Norterre Senior Living Community

We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care my aunt has received at The Laurel at Norterre. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her transition smooth and reassuring — not just for her, but for our whole family. They’ve been incredibly helpful in navigating the complexities of her long-term care insurance, something that felt overwhelming at first. Their knowledge and willingness to assist made a huge difference and took a major burden off our shoulders. The medical support has also been outstanding. Her medications are carefully managed and administered on time, and communication with us has always been clear and prompt. It’s a relief knowing she's in such capable hands. On top of that, the meals are excellent — nutritious, well-balanced, and actually something she looks forward to! The entire team has created a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. We’re so thankful to the entire staff at The Laurel. It’s comforting to know my aunt is not only well cared for, but truly thriving.

When The Laurel at Norterre opened in 2018, my husband & I toured the facility during their Open House only because we had a family member that was going to be working there. We were so impressed with everything that The Laurel had to offer that I said when the time came that my mom could no longer live by herself this would be where I would like for her to live. Fast forward to earlier this year (2025) we had to make the hard decision that my mom could no longer live by herself. I did look at a couple of other assisted living places but knew I had already made the decision of where I wanted her to live. Laura is a gem!!! She made the moving in process so smooth. Amber & her staff are very attentive in making sure that my mom has what she needs. I now have peace of mind knowing that my mom is being well taken care of – I know that has relieved a lot of her stress also. I appreciate them all so much!!

The staff collectively have been helpful and accommodating to all my questions during each encounter. I appreciate the activities as well as the personalized attention I have witnessed residents receiving. This is top on my list for my mother should we need to make a move.

My father moved in the memory care wing of Laurel at Norterre. The intake process went beautifully no hitchs at all thanks to the administrative staff. This was just the beginning every step of the way while moving him into his apartment to the day to day care of my dad was nothing short of outstanding. During his acclimation to his new home the staff met his frustration and anger with the utmost professionalism and understanding. I have worked in the health care industry for over 25 years including working in an alshiemer unit and have not experienced better care given. They treated my father with the same care and respect that a family member deserves. A simple thank you is not enough for the staffs efforts to make my fathers end of life care so special

I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to everyone at Tutera Tiffany Springs. My mother in law has lived there a year and she’s been so well cared for. The food is amazing. We’ve actually voted their burger as the best we’ve ever had!!! There are so many activities and such awesome staff members working hard to make it a community. We have been especially pleased and impressed with the cleanliness and the maintenance team. They take great pride in the facility and go above and beyond to make sure the apartment is in tip-top shape. They offer many special experiences for holidays and entertainment. Communication has been great whenever we have had a question or needed anything at all. We’ve had many loved ones in facilities as they’ve aged and this is definitely number one in our book.Thank you for being such an amazing home!!!
