Bailey Point on Van Dorn

My mom has lived at Bailey Pointe for 9 months. The atmosphere is joyful and welcoming! Mom enjoys the food, fellowship and activities. We’ve been thankful for Danielle and her nursing staff as they’ve lovingly cared for my mom’s physical health. Bailey Pointe was the right choice for mom!

Mom is happy here. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The facility is very clean. I live out of town so, I phone in for assistance a lot. Brook at the front desk goes out of her way to help. I always feel confident mom is cared for. Danielle's nursing staff is top notch.

Bailey Pointe is a wonderful place for seniors that need assistant with living on there own. Wonderful staff. I was impressed that they knew and called the residents by name.

I would like explain to you why Bailey Pointe at Van Dorn is such a perfect place to be, and would highly recommend this place to anyone! As a frequent visitor, this place by far has all the amenities you can possibly think of. Every time I visit, I see how happy the residents are here. You can expect a very clean facility, with excellent dining options, and an abundance of activities, and wonderful care staff. I am so fortunate to know about Bailey Pointe. The activities, Lifestyles, is what really keeps the residents happy. You will never be bored with a full schedule of energetic programs. What I like to see is Bailey Pointe offers different outing options such as Joyrides that you can participate in such as going shopping. The dinging options exceed restaurant quality and taste, absolutely delicious! The nursing staff here is excellent, as they are very attentive and also will treat the residents as if they are their own grandparents. Everyone here is very respectful and has a passion. Catherine Horner, who is the executive director is very professional and has been in the assisted living business for a long time, and if you have any questions or concerns, she will immediately take care of it, and is very friendly. Barb, who is the assistant director is very knowledgeable in the business aspect and will always take care of any billing questions you may have is more than glad to help you with anything you need. Tess, who is the new culinary director, has a passion for cooking, and loves to share her passion by having excellent meals every single day. Danielle, who is the director of nursing is extremely passionate about her job, and always will help with any questions you may have and is very focused on her job. Trudy, the assistant director of nursing is always helpful. Beth, who is the marketing director always is so helpful and so friendly and gives excellent tours of the facility. Kyler, who is the director of activities makes this place a fun place to be at. He really does well with the residents and always has a good connection with the residents. To the serves I remember, such as Lino and Mackenzie, they will go above and beyond and make your dining room experience a great one. Tracy, Jamie and Sandy are some of the excellent chefs here with the meals representing their talents, great quality, and flavorful taste. If you are considering a place to take your friends or loved ones to, I would highly recommend Bailey Pointe at Van Dorn. This place is such a great place to be.
