Grove Creek Assisted Living

My mother, Shirley Davis, was a resident here for years. She passed a few days ago and our family is so grateful for Rocky Mountain Care, their employees, and their fabulous residents. This is a wonderful facility and they work so hard. My 8 year old son loved coming to visit his grandma in her castle. They always treated my mom and our family so well. These people care. It also doesn't hurt that the facility itself is beautiful. Special thanks to Jackson. He went above and beyond to make sure my mom's voice was heard. My mom spoke of him often. My mom was moved in an emergency to their memory care unit in Orem, and the exceptional care continued. Because of the emergency transfer, my mom wasn't able to bring most of her belongings. She was downsizing from a huge studio apartment type of situation to a typical size room. Jackson would make trips to bring my mom her things as needed. These 2 facilities are not close to each other, they are a full town apart. Daisy is a literal ray of sunshine and always made sure our questions were answered. She constantly told us how much my mom was cared for and appreciated. My mom was treated with dignity, respect, and love. I couldn't have asked for more. When you are unable to care for your own parents in your home, Rocky Mountain Care is the type of place you want your parents to be. Thank you. If you can't be at your own home, this is definitely the best place to be! I say this because I love the people here both staff and residents. They have all been so good to me and accepted me. It is so clean and spotless. The building and grounds are so beautiful. We don't have time to get bored because our lovely Krista, activities director, keeps us entertained all the time with a variety of fun and engaging activities. My family is very happy with me being here. They love it as much as I do!

This place has been perfect for my mom who had a stroke 3 years ago. The director Stacy and the staff have gone above and beyond our expectations. They truly care about the people who live here and it shows. Stacy especially, has been there to help us through some rough times along the way, she is the BEST. And Daisy is another bright spot in this facility, always so cheerful and loving, as are all of the staff. I recommend Grove Creek for so many reasons, but the people that make this place run are incredible.

All of the residents are calm and nice to me. I enjoy saying hello and chatting to people at meals. I love how we are all included in games. Bingo is my favorite game and we play on monday wednesday thursday and saturdays. Our bingo on Wednesdays has prizes.Not just stupid little toys either. The grounds of the facility are beautiful.I enjoy having garden club.There is a beautiful gazebo outback that I like to sit under it. I think All of the staff is very good especially daisy our receptionist, Jackson. Our maintenance guy, And we just got a new administrator named Shannon.I think that she will be very good for this place. Our activities, director Krista is very nice.She always has lots of games for us to do and takes us on outings.And also takes us to walmart every wednesday.

We had a very positive experience working with Stacy and her staff. Stacy was a delight. She was personable, kind, attentive, and dedicated in helping her staff provide care and support to our family. Her staff’s communication with us was thorough. The facility was clean, inviting, and my brother liked the food. We extended services with Rocky Mountain Hospice as well. Lori, our hospice nurse, was wonderful. We were informed regularly of my brother’s condition. We thank Stacy, Lori, and staff for their concern, care, compassion, and professionalism.
