I would like to express our most heartfelt appreciation to Jennifer Creagan and the entire team at Aegis Lynnwood Assisted living for their unmatched assistance, support, and care for my 91-year-old mother. While we worked to find a full-time facility to meet her needs moving forward they made her feel immediately part of the community. We were overwhelmed by the personal care, professional support and 24/7 nursing assistance they provided with love and compassion as Mom battled to regain her strength and health following a fall in November. Our family would have been in dire straits without Jennifer and Aegis. Jennifer was resourceful, kind and attentive in providing a treasure trove of relevant information while providing with a 30-day option for Mom as we searched in January to identify a suitable long-term solution for her. In addition, Mom was due to undergo post-fall eye removal surgery in mid-January, so it was essential to find a safe and capable facility during this period. The Aegis team and staff was outstanding in providing an attentive, safe, and friendly setting for mom to recuperate. Jennifer and the Aegis team provided a warm and loving environment that mom truly hated to leave after 30 days. When the time finally came for Mom to leave Aegis, the entire team surprised Mom and with a heartfelt sendoff that left everyone full of emotion. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Our dad has been in the memory care unit at Aegis Lynnwood for about 18 months and we have been very happy with the level of care he is receiving there. He needs assistance with almost everything and the caregivers are very loving and patient with him. The staff and caregivers genuinely care about his wellbeing and we are very grateful to know he is in such good hands there!

Our mother joined Aegis Living in Lynwood about nine months ago and we could not be happier. Mom has excellent support both physically and emotionally. Life is stressful during the pandemic and Aegis works hard to minimize the challenges and burdens. They maintain a limited lock down in place, with ample processes and restrictions - we only wish we could see mom more often. This is not a criticism - we are free to visit mom, but we stay at arms length to help protect mom and the Aegis community. Our in-person touch is now mostly by phone, with Aegis jumping in to support as needed. Aegis has risen to the challenge. They look after mom well. She often stays in her room - intentionally - so Aegis comes to her, checking in and providing companionship. Staff and managers stop by frequently to check in and share a story or two. Mom loves her room, the food and the attention. So we are all happy. Thank you Aegis. Doug

I am grateful for Aegis of Lynnwood!. I could not have found a better place for my parents. The entire team is stellar. Peter the Manager has made all the difference! He's amazing! My parents love the staff and food. The care they receive is superb! They look better than they have looked in years. When I come to visit their room is cleaner than a hotel! Thank you Aegis for all that you are doing for my parents!!!
