Seniors that are looking for a place to call home, look no further. This Senior Home community is a hidden Gem. The facility is beautiful and they have wonderful creative events for the Senior community. The environment is pleasant and welcoming. The staff is kind and the food is delicious. Visit for yourself, I'm telling you, you will love it. Definitely a place to call home for your mom, dad, grandma or Senior loved one. 💖

We looked at Ridgeland Senior Living today. Dana showed us all around and explained everything to us. She is a very pleasant lady and we had a great conversation. She took the time to answer all our questions. This is a beautiful place and they have lots of things for the residents to do. You can be as involved as you want to be. I would highly recommend it.

I want to start by addressing the dining area and the space adjacent to it. Every time I visit, I notice crumbs, sticky residue on the floors, and a general lack of cleanliness. I’ve observed staff wiping around items on the table instead of clearing everything off and thoroughly cleaning the surface. I’ve never seen anyone wipe down the chairs, sweep the entire area, or mop the floors. After each meal, all tables and chairs should be wiped down with hot, soapy water whether or not they’re going to be used again right away. Dust and grime build up quickly, and cleanliness should never be optional. It’s also concerning that activities are often canceled if not enough residents participate. That’s simply not fair. If turnout is low, there should be alternate plans or smaller group options residents still deserve daily engagement and stimulation. Just canceling isn’t acceptable. Leadership needs to step up, hold staff accountable, and create an environment that truly supports the well-being of every resident. Right now, it doesn’t feel like that’s happening. That said, I want to end on a positive note. Ridgeland Senior Living is a beautiful facility with so much potential. It’s the kind of place you want to feel good about leaving your loved ones in. I just hope management takes the necessary steps to improve day-to-day operations. A beautiful space means nothing without consistent, high-quality care and cleanliness.

Dana Horton, the Director of Marketing and Sales, was wonderful to work with during our Tour/HOA meeting. We were looking for a place for my mom to feel comfortable with in leaving her comfort zone to a look for better options for a more long term solution. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dana answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the people she’s working with. Excellent experience, the goal is to get mom into Ridgeland as it seems like nice fit and mom really liked her tour from Dana!

Ridgeland Senior Living is a wonderful place for seniors to live. The staff (Sakeena, Dana are genuinely care about the residents. The environment is always clean, safe, and welcoming.
