My experience with management and staff has been consistently friendly, upbeat, and personable, plus receptive to individual needs. Medical staff attention to detail has been much appreciated. My Dad stayed at Brookdale Medina South and we were very pleased with his care. The staff were very nice and my Dad enjoyed being there. The meals were delicious and my Dad got to interact with other residents which made him feel at home. I would recommend Brookdale to families who are looking for a reliable senior community for their loved one.
I was impressed with Brookdale South the moment I walked in. The facility is clean and welcoming, always decorated beautifully for each holiday or time of year. I also noticed how clean it is kept. After a year and a half of coming in and out visiting a friend, I have become friends with the staff, which wasn't difficult! They are friendly, happy and always ready to be of assistance. I also find the cleaners and laundry girls to be great. They are happy doing their jobs and interact with the residents with smiles and care From the first day to present, I am so glad my friend chose Brookdale South. My father-in-law could not be in a better facility, Brookdale Medina South has exceeded all expectations. The room is so comfortable, the people couldn't be more professional and friendly and even the food is great. There are many activities available and there are therapists on staff as well as doctors that you can make appointments with. If considering a facility for a loved one, put Brookdale at the top of the list to check out.
Mom has been with Brookdale for 15 months now. She feels very safe and finds the staff to ALL be very friendly and helpful. After a great deal of research, Brookdale was our choice. A great decision on our part for our Mom. Highly recommend this facility.
