"If I could completely make a choice. I would never choose Friends of family to care for any one! It seems their biggest worry is how much money they make. Not people who stay with them. The things people have to deal with or even their medication. Problems are never there fault."

"Terrible experience! The director, Pwana, is highly unprofessional, doesn’t communicate well with members’ team and encourages her staff to behave in the same way. My family member was emotionally and physically abused while at FOF and when I voiced my concerns, Pwana made excuses and made it clear she wasn’t concerned with righting the wrongs done. What matters to her is that she’s getting paid - her words, not mine. If you love your family or care about the person you’re seeking a home for, run; don’t walk away from this facility. "
