Integrated Care Communities

My Mother Patsy Wisdom is in care at Integrated Care. I want to shout to the top of the highest mountain how her #1 caretaker Amanda takes care of her and other patients. This woman is absolutely amazing and incredible. She puts her heart and soul into her patients and staff. I have witnessed her care and professionalism time after time while visiting my Mother. I just need to say at ICC my mom is so well taken care of by the staff. Most importantly Amanda the manager make sure she is clean and taking care of with snacks. They make awesome dinners. Amanda makes it a home not just a facility for my mom. TY

After getting info on Integrated Care Communities from A Place For Mom, they contacted me for a tour. This was in 2015, they were the best of all the places I had visited! They were so helpful with every step of the way to get my mother, who had Dementia and Diabetes, through the process of moving in and the paperwork. All of the staff at Integrated Care Communities, are so helpful and caring! The care mom received was excellent! From activities, meals, room and clothing care, personal care and transportation to appts. Their staff does a great job and sincerely care for your loved one. My mom was there over 6 years until she recently passed. I can’t express how much I am so thankful to Integrated Care , for taking such good care of mom!

This place is WONDERFUL! I was really apprehensive about placing my mom here (or anywhere for that matter), but Luz and absolutely everyone were really nice, comforting and friendly. My mom liked the place from the moment she walked in. They are excellent with keeping the family up to date on the state of their loved one and allow you to call 24 hours a day. They are professional, patient and make the transition very easy. They work well with all the residents. My only advice is to make sure the doctor writes all medications (especially the Over the Counter ones) in the orders because the strictly follow what is written. That’s a good thing, so remember all over the counter meds so they can be included. My sister and I show up without calling and my mom is always clean and looking happy. This facility always smells good. No bad or sour smells at all. They have activities twice daily and outings once a week 👍🏾. In conclusion, if you’re considering putting your loved one into a facility, I HIGHLY Recommend this one.

I wanted to take the time to thank Integrated Care Communities for taking care of my mother. My Mother lived in Riverside County and has been in several different assisted living homes in that area. Since we moved her I have never seen her as cheerful as she is at Integrated Care Communities. They have the best staff they are extremely friendly to the patients as well as their families. They do so much for their patient such as; bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, light housekeeping, personal care, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, 24 hour live in care, daytime care, and medication management. If you would like your loved one to get the best care I recommend this facility.
