Ive known Ramona for many years and she is one of the best providers hands down. This isn’t just a business to her she makes sure everyone is treated like family and gets the best care possible. I would highly recommend her home to anyone that is looking for a place where their loved ones will be taken care of.

Mom and Dad were so happy with Ramona! They felt loved and safe, and enjoyed the family atmosphere. I felt sure that they would be so well taken care of when I had to travel for work—I never worried about having to be present for them to get the best care. Ramona is a gem.

My mother lived at Ramona's Adult Family Home for the last few years of her life. Each time we visited her, she was obviously well cared for. One of the tell tale signs of good care is the condition of a resident's skin; my mother's skin was always soft, supple and well cared for. Ramona provides meals steeped in fresh vegetables and healthy ingredients...my mother actually gained weight after starting care at Ramona's facility. Making a decision to place the care of a loved one in another's hands can be a tough one to make...knowing that a person like Ramona is available to provide such excellent care makes the decision easier; Ramona not only met my mother's physical needs, she was also genuinely affectionate and caring toward her.

It’s impossible to overstate what a blessing Ramona and her family were for my parents. It was a very difficult decision to move them to any other care facility when they both needed 24/7 care, which we could no longer provide at home. When they moved in, they very quickly adjusted happily to living with her, and she provided genuine loving care and meticulous health support for them both right up to their deaths. Ramona’s home was their home, and when we took them on excursions, they were always so happy to be going home to Ramona at the end of it. One of the best things for them was the social benefit of having more activities and a variety of people of all ages to interact with. I can’t remember the number of occasions when I would call and my mom would answer the phone giggling, and be happy to hear from me, but wanted to get off the phone quickly because she was in the middle of a game and “didn’t have time to talk right then.” Contrast that with the years prior, when Mom’s constant refrain was “When are you coming over dear?” Ramona is the best, and we are forever indebted to her for the genuine happiness and health that Mom and Dad enjoyed in their final years. I am convinced that living with her enabled them both to have a longer and more meaningful end of life .
