My dad had fallen a few times and was no longer able to take care of himself in his home. He now has an apartment at Terracina Grand and this place has been amazing. He has excellent care, all his meals made for him, medical and pharmacy on site, activities and the property is lovely. You have no idea how nice it is to know how well taken care of he is. We can even bring our dog to visit him. Highly recommend!
Our Dad moved in just 10 days ago, and while he is still getting acclimated, the staff has been incredible - from the onboarding experience , nursing team, dining room staff, to aides that visit his apartment for meds, laundry and all his needs. Our family is so happy to know Dad is in good hands and well looked after with care. Thank you Terracina Grand!
We have our Mom at Villa at Terracina Grand in memory care and we are so glad we picked this as her “home”. We first met Julia and was so impressed with her knowledge and thoughtfulness that is necessary during these types of transitions. Even 6 months later she responds and finds a solution when things come up. Kristin (nurse) is so helpful and continues to create care plans that are super individualized for my Mom. The nursing and care staff is patient and attentive. We absolutely love the creativity in the activity program. Mom always has something to keep her entertained and out of her suite. Amazing staff that really takes pride in impacting people's lives. Julia and the team spent several hours with us on a couple different days touring Terracina Grand's assisted living and memory care venues. They made us feel right at home and immediately integrated my mom into the daily activities. The apartments are well laid out, spacious, light and bright with a wonderful location. The most impressing aspect about Terracina Grand is the tenure of the staff and detail to care.
Terracina Grand once again impressed me. The cleanliness was a high standard, and the warm welcome from the lovely Receptionist eased my using the electronic identifier. It was fresh, contemporary, and VERY well appointed!! I’m so grateful for our friends who are residents. Safe, well cared for, and they’re Happy!! Thanks for that:)
