Azalea Trace Assisted Living

Since the new director took over, Azalea Trace has set the standard for quality, personalized care. I appreciate the genuine love they extend to each of the residents. They are constantly trying to improve the activities and facilities. I love visiting with the friendly, attentive staff!

I have had the privilege over the last few years to build relationships with some of the residents of Azalea Trace. I love the wisdom, simplicity of love, and joy they express on a daily basis. The one thing I take away from what they say about their stay at Azalea Trace is that they feel like they are taken care of like family there. When a resident has to leave from medical attention or rehab, it's the other residents who I find praying and updating each other on the status and needs of their friend who is away. I truly believe that this aspect of an assisted living community is what separates mediocre organizations from those who really have something special to offer. The leadership and staff at Azalea Trace are to be praised and credited with this. Affordable, special care is difficult to find in Nashville for one's loved ones. Azalea Trace has both.

This facility shows no respect or concern dignity through my experience coming here I hope everyone who has family here would consider finding their loved ones another facility for them. Poor staff and the cost is ridiculous not worth it at all if you set your laundry out no guarantee it will get done you all should be ashamed especially right next to a church .Nothing but ,money Hungry just warning everyone not a good choice telling everyone from experience when you go there everyone just sitting around bored no activities going their no happy there .Residents sitting in rockers in HOT urine odor when you enter building my 1st visit they say its assisted living I hope THE STATE reads THIS Today!
