Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods

Mom has been a resident of Bridgepointe for many years. We are very pleased with her care and all staff. The have loved on Mom like she is one of their own. They have taken the time to really know her and our family which says alot! There are Chapel services, daily planned activities to engage all residents, and outside community groups come in to entertain the residents. Transportation is available for those who need assistance for doctor appointments. The food is also delicious! We have been very grateful for the care Mom has recieved over the years. I have recommended Bridgepointe to anyone who has asked and will continue to do so!

My Mom moved to the assisted living wing at Bridgepointe in late December 2024. She is 93 years old and previously lived for 7 years in an independent living facility. We were referred to Bridgepointe by one of my wife's friends whose Mother-in-law still resides there. It has been the best decision I have made for Mom. It was time for her to move to assisted living as she was requiring more assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, medicine and other difficulties we encounter as we grow older. Mom's apartment has plenty of room, and Bridgepointe has an excellent staff that takes excellent care of my Mom. They check on her frequently and help her with all the items I listed above. In addition, the staff walks Mom to the dining room for the majority of her meals. I no longer feel that I need to check on my Mom every single day, which takes an enormous amount of stress off me. I am constantly thanking the staff for the excellent care they give my Mom, and will every so often bring donuts, cookies, etc to the staff to show my appreciation. My Mom constantly tells me that she loves living at the Bridgepointe. I have been very pleased with the housekeeping, cafeteria, laundry, nursing and other departments. Housekeeping keeps my Mom's apartment and the Bridgepointe facility very clean. Laundry does a great job. Nursing does a great job of alerting me of any issues with Mom and handling the administration of all her medicines, thereby taking that responsibility off me. As far as I am concerned, the cafeteria offers very good meals (especially compared to where my Mom previously resided). To all those who have family or friends at Bridgepointe, please engage and talk to both the staff and the residents. You will find that the staff truly cares about the residents, respects them and tries to do what is in the best interest for them. And by talking with other residents, it helps them socially and it will help you. They are very interesting individuals with some amazing life experiences to tell. Let's not ignore them, even though you may not be there specifically to see them. I ask that you remember that no place is going to please 100% of the people 100% of the time. So please be patient, respectful and considerate of the Bridgepointe staff. They go to great lengths to provide the residents with the care they need.

We have found Bridgepointe to be a great place for our mother ! The staff are very helpful Communicative and caring. There are many levels of care to meet the needs of each resident both on memory care and assisted living communities . My family and I are pleased with our decision to have Mom in this caring place .

My mother , Bobbie, has been at Bridgepointe for 6 months. She had to moved suddenly after being totally independent and this was very difficult for her and our family. The wonderful staff at Bridgepointe made this difficult transition so much easier. My mother feels safe and cared for and our family is at complete peace with our decision to move her to Bridgepointe. This is a Christian community and these staffers live out their walk with the Lord. Denise, Ronica and Brandi and all of the aides have been so very kind and helpful and ALWAYS available . Many of my friends parents or loved ones have resided at Bridgepointe in the past and all recommended my mother moving here. Highly recommend .

If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity and cared for with love, Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods is the place to look. My Mom has been a resident there for an extended period of time now and she has always been treated with kindness by staff who are well trained and caring. And, the apartments are very roomy, making it easy to arrange an at-home atmosphere with the resident’s own belongings. I looked at a number of other places, and nothing else I saw even came close. If your loved one is unable to live on their own, Bridgepointe is the place for them!
