The staff are compassionate, professional, and dedicated to making each day meaningful for everyone who lives there. I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with the lifestyle department for several months, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. One highlight was participating in the Generations Dinner event, which brought together residents and staff for heartfelt conversations and shared stories. It was insightful, emotional, and a beautiful reminder of the importance of community and connection across age groups. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with kindness and genuine compassion, I wholeheartedly recommend the Bristal because of its incredible lifestyle department and the engaging activities they offer their residents.

This facility staff provide outstanding service to their residents. The front door staff Robert and Arelys are always pleasant, engaging and willing to assist for any task. Dana the Director is friendly and definitely epitomizes the meaning of teamwork. I've witnessed Dana assist in the dining room, conduct tours and consistently demonstrates a can do attitude. This week I was lucky enough to attend a Caregiver appreciation paint and sip event with my Dad. We had a great time together while I got the chance to see my Dad enjoying his new hobby (which I never thought would happen). I finally got the chance to meet Sofia Lowe, who is the new director of recreation, and she is a delightful addition to the team! She is friendly, kind, creative, and truly seems to enjoy her job. Verna, the head chef, made a beautiful charcuterie board for us to snack on too, and pointed out positive changes in my Dad since he moved in (which was a rough time for all of us) Michelle, also in the recreation department, was very helpful, friendly, played great music, and really engaged the Residents who needed a little extra help. I can’t forget to mention Robert at the front desk who has always been so helpful to me since Day 1 of my Dad moving in. A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff who assist my Dad on a daily basis. I am very grateful for all that you do. I look forward to seeing my Dad involved in more activities and participating in more special events with him.
