Northglenn Heights Assisted Living Community

I am so grateful for the care my friend Dorothy received at Northglenn Heights. Finding an assisted living facility that would allow her emotional support dog Pepper was crucial, and Nellie was so helpful and made the move-in process seamless. The facility itself is clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained with lovely seating areas to enjoy the weather. Dorothy truly felt at home, and a huge part of that was the care team and staff. I'm writing this after her recent passing. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at Northglenn Heights for their incredible kindness, support, care and compassion.

I had my sister here for two weeks in the memory unit while I took it two week vacation. She was well cared for, she loved the people there and she said the food was great. I would highly recommend this facility. Staff didn’t mind taking my calls so I could get an update on her. I will definitely have her come back next time I go on vacation

My mom has now been living here for almost a year and she absolutely loves it. The entire staff has truly been amazing especially the nurses. They truly care. My mom talks about them all the time. Anytime I've asked him to do something to help her they have always done it and gone above and beyond. I really can't say enough positive things about this place. Sure, every place has things that needs to work on. It's not a five-star resort but the staff really takes care of the people living there and the property is maintained lovely. Thank you Northgleen Heights staff for being so good to my mom!

My mom was a resident at Northglenn Heights Assisted Living for over two years. My mom was not easy. The staff really cared and I always felt my mom was in a safe place. They also have much more affordable rates than any other assisted living that I looked at. My mom needed to transition memory care so that is why we moved her. I highly recommend this assisted living.

This is by far the worst place you can place your loved ones. First they are poorly understaffed and the overturn is ridiculous. Residents are severely neglected and often expected to wait while soiled for staff, who often can be found just standing around. They are known for running out of medications, and I have had to remind them on several occasions about the importance of moms medications. Hygienically and ethically, I don't understand how this place has not gone under investigation,it is that bad. I've never felt more relived then when I got my mom out of this place.
