Harbor Tower Village

My father lived here for 15 months and we couldn't have been more pleased with the care he received. The staff are caring and compassionate, the food was varied and well prepared, and the opportunities for social events were plentiful. My father was blind and wheelchair bound, and the staff were always looking for new ways to accommodate for his abilities. My family is grateful that he was able to spend the last year of his life in such a caring environment. Thank you all!

What a wonderful and loving environment this was for my mom, who spent 15 years here. The meals and outings were so enjoyable and the staff was caring and compassionate. The director was always responsive and easy to approach. The facility was super clean and the residents were well cared for. I recommend this facility for all family members struggling with the tough decision on what it best for the health and safety of a loved one.

My dad was a resident for 4 months while awaiting an opening at another Village Concepts facility closer to family. The staff welcomed him wholeheartedly and took such good care of him. They were so wonderful at helping him make this tough transition. The staff was so professional and caring in helping with some of the daily care he needed. He told me repeatedly that he felt very safe and cared for. As his daughter, I always felt welcome and encouraged to contact the staff to ask questions, etc. During a very difficult time with so many life changing decisions to make, the staff helped and guided us through the process and were ever so accommodating and helpful.

Cannot praise highly enough regarding the quality of care my mother-in-law received at this facility for the last 2 years. The Executive Director and all the staff work as a team. The whole facility is very well-maintained and clean. Residents are treated with respect and loved as family. Visitors are greeted with a smile behind the mask. This facility is very warm and loving through and through.

Harbor Towers is an amazing and welcoming place to call home. My dad absolutely loved the staff and was so sad to leave them when we moved him to Grandview in Marysville so he could be closer to me and my family. He was treated like family by staff and residents, which made the hard transition of moving out his home, much easier. I highly recommend Harbor Towers to everyone!!!
