Terra Vista of Oakbrook Terrace LLC

My mom is receiving wonderful care and all the staff members are so incredibly kind. The building itself is clean and well maintained and the courtyard is beautiful. She has a spacious room and the intake process was seamless. My mom was at another facility before and after several tours of memory care places in the area, this was hands down the best place for her to call her new home. I highly recommend Terra Vista.

I would like to Commend Terra Vista of Oakbrook Terrace and their Staff. My wife has been a resident there for the past 6 years. She is in the Advanced Stages of Alzheimer's and no longer knows who I am and is totally nonverbal. No matter when I visit my wife the staff is always very helpful and attentive to all in There care. I would highly recommend Terra Vista Memory Care Facility when making a choice for your Loved One.

I discovered this facility while looking for a place to provide outpatient therapy for my spouse who has early stage Alzheimer’s or dementia. Doctors are no help at this stage. Terra Vista was exactly what I was looking for. They offer therapy and helpful information which can improve the quality of life for a person inflicted with this disease. Everybody I talked to or met at the facility (Patti and Erika) were very friendly and helpful. And I would highly recommend them to anyone who is suffering with impaired memory.

I have a good experience here. Everybody were so nice. When i called the caregivers to assist my client they came right away. Even the nurses are good. They always asking me if i need something. Once in a while they knocked at the door to check up on me and my client.

Staff was very thorough in handling my spouse’s hygiene issues. Asked me to obtain one size smaller for new type of briefs. Another staffer showed me a new product that was to be debuted. Very informative and knowledgeable about spouse’s care.
