Brookdale Painted Post

I am so thankful for Brookdale. From the moment my father moved in until today, he receives the best care. All employees go out of their way to make him comfortable and create an engaging and caring environment. His needs have evolved over the last two years and they always respond with flexibility, many times going out of their way to work with us to ensure he gets what he needs.

I am so thankful for the care my father receives at Brookdale Painted Post. Every aspect of the community is wonderful. My father’s needs have evolved while there and the staff and administration go out of their way to be flexible and to meet his needs with patience, love, and care.

Took a tour of Brookdale for my mom. Staff and residents were very nice. Liked the huge colonial fire place in the dinning room. Staff worked with us to get mom into Brookdale. Sadly mom passed away before going into Brookdale.

Brookdale Painted Post has had a remarkable positive affect on my loved ones quality of life, mental and physical health and social interactions.

Brookdale has taken care of my father for several years and they do a really good job. He didn't want to go to assisted living, but within a few months it became his "safe place". With aging parents there are always going to be challenges. They fall. They get sick. They get dementia. No matter where they live. Brookdale (their director, and the aides especially) have worked with us through so many changes to make sure my dad is safe and happy. He's not a big fan of the food - but he is a picky eater. We gave him a fridge in his room and kept him stocked with snacks he liked. If allowed, I would give Brookdale a 4.5 instead of a 4.
