Stratford Court of Palm Harbor

We found Stratford Court for our Aunt Joni last October ( 2024). We recently had to have her go to a skilled nursing facility due to failing health. I wanted to let the staff at Stratford know how much we apprecitaed the love and care they showed our Aunt. She was happy with her accomodations and the lovely nurses, kitchen staff and overall staffing here. They are very hard workers and they care about their residents. I would recommend Stratford Court to anyone that is looking for quality living for their loved ones when faced with this difficult decision and can longer care for them at home. I want to give a special thank you to Lina Garrett! Such a beautiful, kind soul. She treated our Aunt with the utmost respect and care. Our Aunt really enjoyed talking to Lina about books, and life experiences. Thank you Lina for being so wonderful to our Joni. We will miss the staff at Stratford and wish them our best. My partner and I have lived in Senior Independent Living at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor for two and a half years, and we wish we had made the move sooner! We love the food and all the amenities offered. The monthly rental price was the lowest we found in the vicinity, and there was no hefty “buy-in” or entry fee. Any concerns we have had have been promptly addressed by the staff and management. If you have been putting off a move to a senior complex, I’d encourage you to wait no longer, and be sure to include Stratford Court in your search.

I would give them a 6 out of 5. The place is appealing, they have everything you will need. As per my lovely late husband's suggestion (if you want to stay in an independent living after my big event, go to Stratford Court). That's why I called their head office for detailed information a year ago. Immediately I got an email and phone call from the Sales Director (Julie Frenzel). I was very impressed by her professionalism and timelines of her response as a Sales Director. Julie called me and made sure when and what I and my sister needed. She is very kind, patient, helpful, friendly and humorous. She made the whole process very smoothly and efficiently. A few months ago, my sister and I got the right direction and good size apartments which we were looking for. Besides the community looks very nice, they have all the amenities on site. Front office ladies : Margaret, Amenda and Debby are described as friendly, cheerful, polite, helpful and respectful esp my favorite is Margaret whose memory is the top-notch. They will do their best to fulfill your enquiry and needs. Overall the atmosphere of the facility is homey and welcoming.

We’ve visited many places for my mother-in-law and the Stratford was by far the most luxurious! She has been there over a year now and absolutely loves it! As soon as you walk in the front door, the surroundings are beautiful, she raves about the meals and the staff is always smiling, very friendly and very accommodating! If you are considering a place for your elder, you must stop by the Stratford! I rest easy at night knowing that she is taken care of.
