I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my mom received at Hallmark Assisted Living in Palm Springs. After a fall, we needed a place for respite care, and Hallmark truly exceeded our expectations. The facility is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming environment that immediately put us at ease. From the moment my mom arrived, it was clear that the staff at Hallmark are deeply committed to the well-being of their residents. The administrator and care team went above and beyond to ensure that my mom received the care and attention she needed at every level. What really stood out was the respect they showed her, fostering a sense of dignity and comfort during her stay. The coordination between the care staff and her in-home physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) team was seamless and played a huge role in her recovery. The meals at Hallmark were wonderful—nutritious, varied, and delicious. It was a relief knowing that my mom was eating well while she recovered. She told me everyday about the meals, as well as the overall dining experience. It is like a nice restaurant where she and her fellow residents enjoyed meals and conversation together. Additionally, the opportunities for socialization and engagement with other residents were wonderful. The staff facilitated a range of activities that encouraged social interaction and kept my mom mentally and emotionally stimulated, which was key to her overall recovery process. Thanks to the outstanding care and environment at Hallmark Assisted Living, my mom was able to safely recover and return to her home with confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend Hallmark for anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care in a well-managed facility. The entire team truly made a difference in my mom’s recovery and in our peace of mind.
