Heritage Manor Senior Living

Heritage Manor Senior Living is one of the many facilities that I have the privilege of visiting! The owners, Kim and Ed are so active in the “day to day” activities of their facility. They are physically in the building! Every time I visit… they are here… I just love how much they care about their residents and staff. Now… about the building! This building is absolutely stunning! Upon my initial visit here… Kim was so happy to give me a tour! This building used to be a hotel. Kim and Ed have found a way to keep the old charm of the hotel while incorporating the feel of “home”.

My mother has been a resident of Heritage manor for 2 1/2 years, my sisters and i are there on a regular bases, we have always found my mother in great hands, she is always clean, well fed and happy, she has activities daily that keep her involved and social. Kim and Ed have to make sure that their employees are the best, after all they are dealing with elderly, confused patients, the girls that i see work very hard, they are very kind, i call them my moms angels. I can't say enough good about Heritage Manor, my mom loves them, and they love her. Kathy Yeager

My great grandma mother went here when she needed full care. Yeah you were close to family and didn’t have corona but you had her lay in bed all day so her muscles had shrunk and now she needs physical therapy since she has come home. Her nutrition wasn’t being met either, she only weighed 100 pounds and then she lost 10 lbs there. I thought I was the only family member facing this issue but when I called and asked for my great grandma, the phone would be handed to the wrong patient every single time, others in my family had admitted this happening as well for them. My immediate family likes the facility and the owner but some of the staff needs to be re-evaluated and replaced or retrained. I’m from buckeye Arizona and this makes me so upset this has happened to her while she’s so far away.

My mother has been a resident for 1 1/2yrs now the ownership will work with you on problems and all places have them. Heritage manor is doing a very caring job with my loved one, we are very happy with the care and attention giving to each resident there. The facility is clean and staff caring. Thanks for helping us and my mother live a better life.the food menu is very diverse meals NO COOKIE CUTTER here, staff attention to residents gets a 10 overall score.great job!
