I’ve had the pleasure of visiting and touring this community on several occasions while helping my clients in their senior living search, and I’ve been impressed each and every time! The moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the positive energy. The residents are happy and engaged, the staff is attentive and thoughtful, and the entire community is clean, peaceful, and welcoming. What stands out most to me is the longevity of many of the residents—some have called this community home for years, which truly speaks volumes about the care and environment provided here. This community is truly a well-hidden gem in Port Richey, FL!

All of the staff are so friendly, caring and very attentive to any and all inquiries or questions a tenant or visitor has. The property is very well maintained and clean. My mother is so happy in her beautiful apartment there with her little dog Bella, as well as she is always busy with the acitivites they have scheduled throughout the day and the meals for all three dining sessions are delicious and the wait staff are so nice and caring as they serve them. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an active senior living community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+

Regency Residence does a great job caring for their residents. The management team strives to bring in as much support as possible so their residents can age in place with the highest quality of life. I highly recommend going by for a tour and seeing their new remodel!

Port Richey residential sky I think the biggest thing is the wise they tell. It’s just one after another. The place is a dump my back if I go outside the bushes haven’t been trimmed. There’s weeds growing all over the place went to the pool for two days this week, no heat the hot tub was taken out advertised all these things have been advertised the gym. It’s got all kinds of boxes you can there’s no gym really Every place there’s construction that’s been going on for months and months. I’ve been here almost 3 months not one thing is done put lights in the dining room. They have those but one that was up there all the time doesn’t even work. The place is a dump. Inviting luxury Senior Living. The team is very involved & really focus on the residents. Construction for remodeling hasn’t slowed down the excitement of the busy activities department. Giant apartments and plenty of common space to entertain friends. I recommend any Senior looking to improve their social life to visit for a tour. It’s only going to get better once the remodel is completed!
