Our beautiful home was designed specifically for adult foster care. Yet looks graciously homey! We are located at 5632 SE Duke ST, Portland Oregon 97206, in the Woodstock district. We have 5-private rooms with 1/2 baths. This home is wheelchair accessible throughout, for easy accessibility. We accept private pay and Medicare. Each room has a sliding door to a walkway that leads to the backyard. The backyard is fenced and has a large deck connecting to the house. The house has a bright and open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. In the living room there is a large screen television where the residents can enjoy each other company and movie time as they please. We serve home cooked meals, alone with snacks daily. We also provide an array of other services. We are licensed to provide level 3 care. We feel over the years we have made many residents happy and we were able to provide care for one resident for 16 years.
