Cove Point Retirement

My father is living at Cove Point. We moved my father and strp-mother following a three year stay at another, more expensive, assisted living center. In comparison to our previous experience, I have noticed the many small ways that Cove Point goes the second mile to serve their residents. Cove Point is a top notch facility. They pay attention to details and the individual needs of their residents. The are quick to respond to needs. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. When my dad first moved to Cove Point my step-mother was there with him. She passed away about a month ago. Cove Point really stepped up to the plate during her time on hospice and in support for my dad following her death. I sing Cove Point's praises. We are thrilled with their service on every account.

Cove Point Retirement has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment we first walked in, we felt the warmth and care that makes this place so special. The staff here treat residents like family — they know everyone by name, take time to check in personally, and go above and beyond to make sure each person feels seen and valued. The building and grounds are always clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Meals are fresh, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, and there are always activities that keep residents engaged and happy. I have been especially impressed by how patient, kind, and attentive the caregivers are — they truly listen and respond to the needs of each individual. Knowing that my Dad is safe, cared for, and surrounded by such a supportive community gives me so much peace of mind. Cove Point is more than a retirement home — it’s a place where people can live with dignity, joy, and friendship. We are deeply grateful for the loving environment they’ve created.

I LOVE Cove Point and their entire staff! I work for a Hospice company and go in to all the Assisted Livings in Utah County and the feeling I get walking into Cove Point is family, home, love! Their level of care is second to none! Watching their staff treat their residents like family members is so beautiful. They go above and beyond to make all their residents feel seen and heard. Almost all of their rooms have a balcony/patio and their grounds are magical!

They take such good care of my mom. I don't have to worry about her. They take out the trash several times a day. The laundry service is amazing. Rarely do I find anything in her dirty hamper. The office staff including the director and other personnel know me and greet me and ask about my mom by name. The money is at a nice price point that works with my mom's financial and medical needs. So great.

Cove Point is one of the TOP assisted living facilities in Utah county. They have an amazing team and they are very easy to work with--very communicative and positive. I work in healthcare and they are one of the buildings I recommend patients and families to. The facility is well-kept and beautiful. My favorite part is the outdoor yard area that has beautiful mature trees, a large green grass area, and a little creek that runs through it. They have a rubber ducky regatta every summer that is so fun and the residents love it! THE best staff and building!
