Palos Verdes Villa

I had placed my mom at Palos Verde Villa for the past two years and it was the best decision I had made for her. The facility is not only beautiful but it was also the best care my mom had received in any assisted living she has been placed in over the years. Linda who is the manager of the facility and her staff are the most caring, kind and attentive care providers I’ve come across. Seth, the owner, has a heart of gold and you can tell this has been a heart mission for him. He is so involved with all residents and ensuring that their needs are met. The level of care and love from everyone is a reflection of the top down model exemplified by Seth and Linda. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity and the time my mom had at this wonderful facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring and all that you all do.

My sister is a resident at Palos Verdes Villa. The facility provides a pleasant and well managed living environment. The staff and particularly the Manager Linda Cardenas is attentive and consistently goes out of her way to meet the needs of the residents. During the stressful times of the Covid 19 pandemic the facility and the residents were secured by frequent testing and population control to assure the safety of the residents. Management also provided frequent updates to families to provide assurances that all reasonable precautions were in place. I am very satisfied that Palos Verdes Villa provides an excellent care and living experience for my sister.

My father in law has been living at Palos Verdes Villa for about five years. He has been well attended to and I know that his needs are met. Linda who is one of the administrators, gave us information about obtaining veterans benefits for my father in law. My husband and I are so grateful for that information. It took many months to go trough the process, but, he was finally accepted. Because of the support and care of the staff of Palos Verdes Villa, I know that my father in law has the support and care he needs. Thank you all for giving me and my husband peace of mind knowing that he always cared for.

The Palos Verdes Villa has been an absolute lifesaver for my dad, who is currently residing there. Linda and the rest of the staff there have been accommodating, helpful, friendly, and understanding from day one. I found the Villa for my dad at a time when he was going through both a housing, financial and health crisis. He has been there for three months, and his health, and emotional and mental wellness have vastly improved. I owe the Villa for helping my family and my father during one of out most stressful times.

My Mother lived at the Villa for the last 9 years of her life. She loved it and we couldn't be happier! They treated her with love and respect. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I visited often and was amazed at the energy at the Villa.
