I never wanted anything from casa serenity. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed with skitzophrenia and got put in this board and care and I'd say it ruined my life for the time I was there..staff played people games with people who were very ill and discriminated on them racially and used cigarette privileges and prn anxiety medications and food rations to manipulate the residents. I hope that this never happens to anyone again. Make sure you get a second opinion from a private sector Dr it could save you years of un needed assistance and potentially years of your life, not to mention the awful stench of the parasite infested facility..I brought a 40x microscope in there in case I needed to make a complaint and I found various lice, weebles, ants, bed bugs you name it. I wish I would have never been forced to live in this place, however I can't really think of anything good that came from it it just wasted years of my life when I was in my prime..I'm a contractor and commercial fisherman now and yea I could have done these jobs back then just the same. Other complaints are being made now that the Republican party has stabilized.
