They go above and beyond every single day, not just meeting needs, but genuinely caring about each resident like family. The facility itself is always spotless and well-maintained. It’s clear that a ton of pride and attention goes into keeping the environment clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Every visit feels inviting, and the atmosphere is calm, uplifting, and safe. One of the things that really sets Sundial apart is the amount of fun and engaging activities they put on for their residents. Whether it’s themed events, games, social gatherings, or special celebrations, they do an amazing job creating opportunities for joy, connection, and community. It’s obvious how much thought and heart goes into every event. If you're looking for a place where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care and where you can enjoy a vibrant daily life, Sundial Assisted Living is a wonderful choice. You can really tell their leadership and team take pride in making a difference!

I have been invited to Sundial Assisted Living by Maria for a few of the events the staff puts on for the residents and am always amazed at how inviting the residents and staff are. The facility is always clean and well kept. The amount of care the team puts into this place is outstanding. When the time comes this is definitely where I would want to go for care.

From the moment we walked up to the front door we felt comfortable/at home. There was such a nice clean flowery smell through the front door continuing all through the building. We met with the advisor Maria for the tour. She was warm, friendly and caring. As we walked through the tour there were friendly employees. The tenants were mostly engaged in group activities or socializing. Everyone seemed happy and contected. This place was full of love and caring. We have toured many other homes and we chose this one for sure! Although the rooms are on the small size, they can be decorated to be a nice little home with room for a few visitors. Also, the social room and dining room are lovely along with the outside gardens so there is plenty room for everyone. If you want your loved one in a homey loving place I highly recommend you check into Sundial.

I chose Sundial Assisted Living for my mother, because of all the things they offered, especially activities for the residence : excercise, activity room to play bingo, cards, crafts, bbq, movie night & popcorn, pizza parties, birthday party celebrations, music entertainers ,hair salon, laundry service, a reading & computer section, & wonderful meals 3x a day. They have outings to restaurants or shopping on some Fridays. They have in house nurse along with med techs, residence could be driven to their doctor appointments every Tuesday & Thursday but it has to be scheduled with the nurse. They have a pastor that holds church service every Sunday. They have a wonderful administrative staff, kitchen staff, aid staff, & an activity director! if a parent is at the end of their life, they recommend Bristol Hospice. Bristol is on top of helping the parent & their guardian right away! My mom was at the point of needing hospice right away, & Bristol didn’t waste any time giving her the added care she needed! They have a nurse who comes out two times a week, but they have 24 hour nurses on call if needed. Bristol has added staff, too, to help the families out! They go out of their way to provide any help you need! Sundial was just the right size, well kept inside & out ( clean), nice gardens you can walk through & sit, & residence can have small pets, too! Over all, I was happy with Sundial Assisted Living & my mom enjoyed it there making new friends & what they had to offer! They took real good care of my mom, & I truly appreciated that! We will be forever grateful that our beloved mother, Myrna Moravec, lived long enough to enjoy "The Sundial Experience." Although we wish she would have become a long-term resident, her six months at Sundial provided a safe, comfortable, and caring environment - what every loving family hopes for. The physical facility is top-notch. The rooms are clean and spacious. All specialty rooms are perfectly designed for activities suited for the residents. The food served in the lovely dining room is consistently delicious. Anyone concerned about that issue - which is quite important for our senior citizens - should not worry. The entire facility is well maintained and from the moment one steps through the front door, a feeling of "home" is abundant. What elevates Sundial above its competitors is the quality of its staff. Administration is attentive, compassionate, and present. And it is the daily care by the aides and medical staff that make Sundial a safe and special home for our loved ones. It would be impossible to express enough gratitude to Sundial's personnel, but our positive interactions with the following individuals will remain in our hearts forever: CEO-Elizabeth, Marketing-Maria, Business Office-Michelle, Medical Mgt.-Sherrill, Med Techs-Liz, Virginia, Rhonda, Shannon, Rhea, Aides-Addison, Kabaou, Kim, Vicki, Sara, Nancy, Stormy, Laundry-Nancy, Activities-Christy, Maintenance-Trevor, Dining Room-EVERYONE! So many excellent staff, and we apologize if we've missed other names, but you were all important and made a huge difference in our mother's life, as well as our own. As I end this review, please know that our family will always be grateful for the peaceful, compassionate, caring, and loving environment that was provided throughout our mother's passing. Sundial works closely with other agencies, and in our case, with a local hospice company. Together, they cared for our beloved mother to the end of her life. We truly love and appreciate all the staff who helped us through this difficult life experience. We hope for many others to enjoy a longer and happy "Sundial Experience."
