The entire team is absolute best in class in what they do, and their hospitality truly extends beyond the resident to the entire family. From the moment my mom moved in through to the end of her life, she was treated with compassion, top notch care, and dignity, with her wishes always supported. We will miss getting to see the whole team of caretakers regularly, but remain so thankful for the role they played in helping our whole family navigate late stage dementia, and for the care provided for my mom.

We will forever be grateful for the staff at Silverado Memory Care in Redondo. The workers were attentive and caring to our dad when he was a resident for one year. They held our hand through every step of his stay and kept us informed and welcomed all of us, day or night. They tended to him, kept him busy at his level and the. comfortable when the time was needed. They were sensitive to our cultural needs and our religious needs always, especially at the end of his stay, which brought us comfort. We remember all of their individual names who cared for him and will be forever thankful that they helped us when we could no longer keep dad at home.

Lourdes and the entire team there are incredible. They’re skilled and attentive yes, but what really stands out are their massive hearts! My mom was included, encouraged, and truly cared for as a person. I also appreciated how the team kept us in the loop about everything. Whether it was a small update or a bigger decision, they communicated openly and, as partners in her care, were sensitive, compassionate and insightful. It’s hard to put into words the peace of mind my family and I felt knowing she was there. As I said, I’m grateful to them, and would recommend Silverado without hesitation to anyone facing the difficult decision of choosing memory care.

From management, nurses, social work, activities, dining, housekeeping, laundry, billing, maintenance.... All Silverado staff and services are the best. I've experienced calm to challenging times with our friend with dementia who is a resident at Silverado. Every single person at Silverado is proactive to help our friend have the safest, healthiest, happiest day possible.
