I cannot speak highly enough of the care my friend received at this adult family home. From the moment we first toured the facility, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming environment. The staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make sure my friend felt comfortable and well-cared for. The home itself was always clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious and nutritious. Overall, I would highly recommend this adult family home to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones. The staff truly went above and beyond, and we are grateful for the exceptional care they provided.

My developmentally disabled cousin spent the last eight years of her life with Highlands Best Care. As her guardian, I never had to wonder whether or not she was receiving the level of care that was required. It was there at all times. As well, both the staff and the owner were instrumental in creating an atmosphere where she felt comfortable and cared for, always treating her with dignity and respect. I am forever grateful to them. Highly recommended!

This home is what I have been looking for my family member. The staff were great, everyone seemed friendly. It’s was neat and clean and had a warm/comfy home vibe. Monica was amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Monica is extremely attentive and caring to her staff and residents. She only hires competent and compassionate staff. She has been in the business for over 15 years and I wouldn't think twice about placing my family here!

This place is always so clean and bright. I love walking in to the smell of goodness. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I always feel very comfortable going in and would highly recommend this place for you or your loved ones. The owner is the best!
