As a Physical Therapist Assistant that provides therapy to different companies, Arden court is one of the best memory care facilities in Dallas. The staff is amazing! They are always patient, and willing to help. The activities program is also great. There's something for everyone, and the residents are always engaged and happy. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and engaging environment for their loved one.

My Mom has been a resident of Arden Courts for the past 10 months. I have been impressed with how the staff has cared for my Mom with every need as her disease has progressed. They have been very kind to our family and have helped us walk this sad and difficult road with my Mom. I think the best part of the facility is the large, secure backyard. The residents are able to freely walk and be outside. I would recommend Arden Courts to anyone who is looking for a place for a loved one.

Arden Courts is a wonderful facility if you’re looking for a place to take good care of your loved ones! They provide a warm/calm environment and have staff that truly care for their residents. I have been particularly impressed by their activities department always having a plethora of activities during the week to keep their residents stay engaged with a positive attitude. There is always something to celebrate bringing friends together. Nursing is on site who dispense medication, provide vital monitoring and help with ensuring safety as they communicate directly with doctors/nurse practitioners who also visit residents at this facility. From administration, nursing, aides, housekeeping and therapy - everyone is there providing a positive experience for the residents and communicating well as team with family members to ensure this happens.

Making the decision to take your loved one to a memory care facility is difficult and emotional. After many sleepless nights I decided that Arden Courts was the right choice for my wife. Now 8 months later I know I could not have made a better decision. Michael, the executive director, who has done this job for 20+ years, made the transition very easy and painless for both my wife and myself. He called me every night for the first couple of weeks to let me know how she was doing. The residents have mental and physical activities available 5 hours a day 7 days a week. This includes games, professional entertainment, movies, trivia, chair exercises and the like. The activity staff (Toni and May) are marvelous, caring and engaged. The nursing staff (24/7) on top of the resident's medical needs and medications. The residential aides care deeply about the residents under their care. They treat them like family. I like the physical layout of the facility and the fenced backyard (equivalent of 2 football fields). Overall, the residents are treated with deep respect. I am extremely happy with Arden Courts. ******

Arden Courts of Richardson Texas is the place I needed for my wife. I kept her for six years at our home until it got to a point, my daughter said to me it's time for us to do something. My wife has been living at Arden Court for 10 months. The staff is very attentive and caring. All of the staff are well trained and obviously treated very well by the management. We have seen minimal staff turnover. The activities provided by Toni and Mai are top notch in every facet, not to leave out Kaitlyn and Tea the RN's and aides are superlative. There are so many of the employees that pour their heart out everyday to care for your loved one. All of the employees are very professional and caring. If you are considering a location, look at several places prior to visiting Arden Court, then see for yourself.....I think you may very well say 'now this place is different'. Check out the walking paths in the beautiful garden back yard which is completely enclosed and monitored when weather permits for the tenants to be outside. My wife and family are sold on Arden Court. Come see for yourself.
