As a Senior Care Advisor, it has truly been a pleasure working with the team at Atria Riverdale! Erika and Tracey have been caring, supportive and attentive to my elder clients, making each visit to their community a happy and most worthwhile experience. They are consummate professionals, and the entire staff is warm, welcoming and accommodating. The living environment is vibrant, social, attractively decorated, and immaculately clean. For all these reasons and more, I would without hesitation highly recommend Atria Riverdale for seniors and their family and loved ones who are in need of or exploring Independent / Assisted Living or Memory Care.

We sadly were forced to relocate our Mom out of her 55 yr apartment into memory care at Atria Riverdale. The staff there has been supportive beyond our expectations at every step especially Christine, Shenika, Yolanda, Brooklyn, Kaitlyn and Takiesha. Thank you all for making this most difficult transition easier for our Mom and us all on Team LOLA. 🙏🙏🏆🏆

Atria has the best and attentive and caring staff, The Executive Director, Tina, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions were answered. If you’re looking for a well-managed, compassionate, and supportive assisted living community, I highly recommend Atria. The team, under Tina’s guidance, creates a safe and nurturing environment where residents truly feel at home.

In March of 2022 our Mother entered into the Assisted Living Unit of Atria. We had done research of other facilities but was most impressed with the cleanliness, affordability, amenities offered and the overall welcoming community of caring Staff members. At that time our Mother was totally independent and flourished greatly with the tender and watchful care of the Wellness Nurses and Staff along with the choice of healthy dining and all the daily social activities which she engaged in. The Director of Recreation is Valerie who does an outstanding job of planning and coordinating the daily events which begin from sun-up to sun-down. The facility also has an in-house Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Company who can service residents in need without leaving the building. Most recently our Mother's health declined and she was transferred to the Life Guidance unit. The Director there is Eric. He is a most professional,attentive and compassionate individual. His Staff accommodates and supports his standards of respect and kindness to all residents they serve. In 2024 a New Executive Director named Tina was appointed who is most reachable and certainly a strong advocate and voice for all the residents and family members. Tina has assisted us a few times with issues and they were resolved promptly as no place is ever in100% compliance but it is her mission in striving for that. We wish her the Best of Luck in succeeding and hope she remains in Atria for many years to come as she is a positive leader for the organization. Went to visit Atria Riverdale for a client. It is always nice to see residents in the community utilizing common spaces and really interacting with each other, which is a big part of being in a ALF. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The facility was well maintained and there is a nice outdoor patio - important when it comes to city living!
