My mom and me enjoyed our tour at The Crossing of Riverview. The place is clean and beautiful. It's a place I would definitely be happy to place my mom there. The staff was very helpful and professional. It's a place that you would love to stay or place a loved one.
This is one of the most well run assisted living communities I've ever visited. The executive director, Sherri and director of nursing, Soledad are exceptional at their jobs. Highly recommend this place!
The staff work hard, there aren’t always familiar faces. I feel like this facility is a training spot as the RNA’s are always changing. Is it management? Is it the crap they feed the residents and makes them sad, angry and depressed? My Mom was very happy at her last facility, we had to relocate for work. I should have left here there but it was a 4 hour drive.. Do better management! These MC residents need more engagement! They are melting away.
Phillip was extremely nice and friendly. Helped us troubleshoot his fire sprinkler system.
Just recently had a tour of the crossings at riverview and I must say it meets and exceeds all our expectations for our nana! We can’t wait to move her there! We’re coming a long way from Illinois!
