Atria Kinghaven

I cannot say enough about the gem we found when searching for an assisted living community for my stepmother Bev. After touring multiple facilities, and weighing our options, Atria Kinghaven ended up being our first choice. I can't say enough about their attentiveness to detail in everything they do. The staff are extremely compassionate and really enjoy what they do, and it is reflected in how happy, content, and engaged the residents of Atria Kinghaven are every time we visit. There are multiple activities daily, trips for shopping, trips to go out for lunch, and group outings to various activities. Meals are served restaurant style in the dining room with linen napkins, real plates, glassware, etc., and there are multiple options for meal selection. When crunching the numbers, the cost of placing a loved one at Atria Kinghaven is comparable to other facilities that provide the same level of amenities. I just can’t say enough of how appreciative we are for the care they provided Bev. I would definitely recommend Atria Kinghaven to anyone looking for a community for their loved one. It is not only a place to live, it is a place to thrive.

My mother-in-law recently moved to Atria Kinghaven in Riverview from another state. I knew there would be an adjustment period, but the staff made her feel welcomed, important and safe from the start. The staff exhibits compassion, kindness, patience, and friendliness towards all residents, family members and visitors. The facility and grounds are clean, beautiful and well appointed. The many various activities bring residents together fostering connections and friendships. I have such peace of mind knowing my mother-in-law is in your capable hands. Thank you so much!

Atria Kinghaven in Riverview is an outstanding Senior Living facility. When my mother was 91, she decided that her home was too much work for her and we searched for a place for her. She loved Kinghaven immediately. The facility is clean and bright with lots of gathering spaces for interaction and activities. My Mom ate lunch and dinner in the dining room but had a small breakfast in her room. She also needed some personal services, including help with a shower and with dressing. These was in addition to her rent. The cost was reasonable and worth every cent. All of the staff, from the administrators to the CNAs, were so professional and caring. Each one of them took a personal interest in her and became part of her "tribe". She made many new friends and LOVED her time there. She was also able to receive physical and occupational therapy right on-site. She enjoyed everything during her 4 years there. We are so thankful for everyone at Kinghaven. Kudos to Dan and Flora for going "above and beyond" for Mom.

Roland (sales) was great informing and slowing us around. He asked us about my Mom who is 96 and will be moving into the facility. Very understanding of our needs for our mother. It is the hardest thing that our family had to do is moving her out of her house after 69 years. He made us feel like family right away which made us decide to secure a unit here. Roland has an open door policy and has been so supportive and easily accessible to our needs. Flora the Executive Director is great as well. She is very friendly and approachable at all times. Wendy the Community Business Director was great explaining the contract and very friendly and approachable. The apartment is very nice with a balcony and very bright and airy. The outdoor is beautifully landscaped. My mom moves in shortly and we (including my mom) cannot wait. I highly recommend Atria Kinghaven.

Flora & Staff were AMAZING & very helpful, when we came in for a tour, they were willing to accommodate my mom immediately, There are so many activities & a nice walking path around the building, the environment was very welcoming & friendly, we appreciate you all for the kindness & hospitality during our tour it made a huge impression on my mom & gave her comfort, she was locked in after the tour! We are discussing options & finances to fit her needs at the moment, but either way your property was TOP of our list & wanted to let others know this Beautiful Gem is there & they are working with our displaced families from The American House if others are still looking!
