Always a pleasure. Staff is great, kind and friendly. Mary always talks about her care takers. Wonderful and inviting and love the music that plays all day.

Maple Pointe’s Staff is kind and patient, warm and caring. They have worked hard to make my aunt’s transition from living singly for 30 years to community living as smooth as possible. There are lots of Special celebrations to bring residents together. My aunt’s 100th birthday was a highlight of the year for her and the other residents with a Frank Sinatra talent that got everyone singing and dancing in their chairs. Thanksgiving, too, was a huge success, as my aunt who uncharacteristically remarked, “they went all out!” It’s reassuring to know that Maple Pointe takes the safety and well being of the residents as their first priority, while providing plenty of opportunities to get together and have fun.

Maple Pointe Senior Living in Rockville Centre has been one of the best decisions ever! We needed to find a memory unit for my sister and were so pleased when we visited Maple Pointe. Our first impression, which was immediately positive, continues to meet our expectations; Maple Pointe provides a super clean and friendly environment, talented and committed staff and unlike other facilities, is not showy or pretentious. A special thank you to Susan Ehrlich, whose enthusiasm and kindness helped us to (easily) make our decision to place my sister at Maple Pointe and Jazzmine Mays, who is the Case Manager/Coordinator on the memory unit. Her impressive understanding and management of our challenging family dynamics is priceless and constantly appreciated. I recommend Maple Pointe without reservation.

Our 99 year old mother of 6 has been at Maple Pointe for 6 months after living with her children for years. It has been a significant transition for her to adjust. Christine DeLuca , the on site facility director has been incredibly attentive, empathic, and available to Mary and all of her close knit brood. Christine is used to large families and addresses each of our concerns in a timely manner. Knowing Christine is available in person, via text, phone or email is so reassuring. Her personality demonstrates she indeed loves what she does. Christine knows how to facilitate changes, seeing positive results must indeed be rewarding as an experienced social worker. Many staff are friendly, helpful and attentive . Mary really enjoys the food, especially the salmon and desserts. Kudos to all at Maple Pointe for caring for our loved ones , it means the world to us.

After a fall at home at almost 90 years old, we had to make a decision to move our mom into a place that would be safest for her. I contacted Maple Pointe, and a tour was quickly set up with the administrative staff. All questions were answered, I was taken thru the entire property and met several staff members, and a few residents. The day mom moved in was a bit overwhelming for her coming from rehab, but the staff and many of the residents have made her feel welcome and at home. In the short time she has been there, she is a different person for the better. She has involved herself with daily activities, and the activity staff keeps her engaged and she enjoys what she does. Maintenance and housekeeping keep her living space clean and safe. It is taking mom a bit of time to get used to help after being independent for so many years, but the aides and nursing staff have been patient, caring, and attentive to her. She also loves the food, and enjoys trying various choices on the menu. You are always greeted by a warm welcome any time you walk in to the front desk. Along with the amazing care they give mom, the staff has been very helpful to me. Whether it was needed paperwork from the administrative staff or questions for the wellness center, everyone helped me quickly and thoroughly. Even the residents and their families have been very friendly and welcoming to us as the new family. The building itself is designed for comfort. It feels like a boutique hotel, with different themes on every floor. The place is always kept clean and organized, and set up with safety in mind. The outdoor garden is a nice place to relax. I had toured other Assisted Living properties prior to us deciding on Maple Pointe. While others were nice, Maple Pointe just felt a bit more personable.
