NORBELLA ROGERS

My mother makes her home at Norbella Rogers. It is a beautiful and homey environment, and the care and concern for the residents is commendable. All the staff are kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel cared for. It almost feels like an extended family unit, rather than an assisted living facility. Our family is very happy to have our Mom there and we are very confident that she is very well taken care of! Thank you Norbella Rogers!

NorBella Senior Living in Rogers offers a bright and cheerful atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The staff is warm, welcoming, and goes above and beyond for their residents. This community is an excellent choice for senior living!

Don't send your loved one to this dystopian nightmare. In the veins of admin flows ice water...the food is dreadful...the staff doom-scrolls on their phones all day while the residents wander on their canes and walkers, going nowhere. How do I know this? Because this is my lived experience. I visited my 95 year old mother all winter and spring, bringing her communion because I am a Eucharistic minister, and Catholic. I also gave communion to another resident who is Catholic for weeks, until I was suddenly told not to. Then, admin accused me of carrying a Bible around and impersonating a priest (it was a poetry book, I am an English professor), and then they put a trespass order on me with Rogers Police. For over seven months I have been unable to visit my own dying mother. The cruelty of this is very difficult to forgive. ADDENDUM: my mother has died, and we buried her today. Because of the lies NorBella Senior Living told about me, I have not seen my mother since February...while her body was still warm, Norbella told my family they are going to sue us for the remaining $2500 we owe them. Bring your loved one to this hellish place at your hazard.

It’s very rare to find staff like Norbella Rogers has. The care, passion, love and hard work that they put in daily for their incredible residents is just truly beautiful to see. The building itself is 5 stars alone. Clean, great lighting and so cozy from the moment you walk through the door. Home is where the heart is, and there is a TON of heart at Norbella Senior Living (Rogers).

Lauren L and nurse Jennifer are fantastic. They both made the paperwork, visits, and move in all easy, fun, and pain-free!! I would highly recommend the Rogers location to anyone. My mother in law loves it.
