The Landing Senior Living Community

I recently toured The Landing and was very impressed by spacious apartments, friendly staff, and a clean environment! The rooms toured were immaculate. There were also community spaces like a library (stocked with books), a cinema room, and lounging spaces for each floor. The dining area offered a menu for people to choose what meals they’d like to eat. There was a good variety of food available! I noticed there were community activities available such as Bible Studies. I have toured many assisted living facilities and was very impressed with The Landing!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Landing, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional senior living community. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine kindness by the staff. The facilities are immaculate and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable lifestyle. The common areas, including the dining room and recreational spaces, are inviting and well-appointed. The care and attention provided by the staff are truly remarkable. They are not only professional and skilled but also compassionate and attentive to the individual needs of each resident. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of the residents. Overall, The Landing is a wonderful place to call home. The combination of excellent facilities, engaging activities, delicious dining, and compassionate care make it a standout choice for senior living. I highly recommend The Landing to anyone seeking a supportive and vibrant community for their loved ones.

My mother is in this facility due to Alzheimer's. At first we were nervous about having to put her in a home after several years of patching together 24/7 home care. Our concerns were quickly alleviated when we saw how well mom was doing and how happy she was at the Landing and even thriving with the extra staff attention and social opportunities with other residents. The Landing is at the top of our list with kind caring attentive staff and a beautiful clean facility with a home-like atmosphere. The best part is they have many activities to help keep them physically and mentally active. It's so wonderful seeing mom in many of the landing activity photos and knowing that she is having lots of fun! From the first phone call, to the tour, to a lunch, the RN assessment, to more follow up questions by phone or email, we have been impressed and our hearts lifted that such a place exists for our mother. She wanted a place with this like-minded philosophy of life. I was happy to see the care and joy the staff show. It is an active place, with fun and respect, and with friendly residents happy to chat with us. The restaurant, the theater, the Ladies Tea, the yoga classes, the other outings, the in-progress poker table and future Pub will help keep our Mom engaged and enjoying life. We have a move in date.

After 4 months of living at The Landing my wife said to me, "I am so happy we decided to move here. It is right for us." We have found a caring staff that truly seems to practice the core values The Landing referenced in their promo materials. They take the time to not only provide care, but take the time to care about us. We found a comfortable, modern apt. We found a growing list of daily activities to promote our physical & emotional health while building community among the residents. We are enjoying our experience at The Landing Gary and Cheryl Gries
