The Terraces of Roseville

We have had my dad at the Terraces now for about 6 months and are really happy with this facility. What matters most to me is that my dad is - and feels - taken care of. The staff here has been great to him and he appreciates all that they do and the investment they take in making sure he is happy and well. Since the kitchen remodel, the food has been wonderful and I really enjoy joining my dad for dinners. The staff is very personable, calls both my dad and I by name, and remembers his favorites meals and preferences. We both really appreciate the care from the Terraces and look forward to continuing his stay here.

This establishment has been an absolute god-send! We had to move Dad in due to an emergency. Kristine and Bree were of the utmost help in assisting with his quick move. Everyone at this facility is so genuine and kind. The maintenance guy Brian reassured my father that this is a big transition and he would have help and support every step of the way. The dining hall is spectacular and the food is 5-star. The staff at the dining hall (Dana, Terry, Natalia, Sandra, Daniel, just to name a few!) know my Dad by name and were so excited to see him the first week of his arrival. He felt like a celebrity! The facility is beautiful, clean and full of energy. It doesn't feel like an "old folks home" or nursing-home type of vibe. There is a heartfelt community of warm individuals making the most of their golden years... and you can see AND feel it! Thank you TERRACES for providing a comfortable and safe environment for Dad to age gracefully in. We couldn't have done it without you!!!

My wife and I recently toured this place with my father, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bryanna greeted us with warmth and kindness. She immediately put me at ease and made my father feel truly welcomed. We stayed for lunch, and for the first time in a long while, I saw my father laugh and even playfully flirt with the staff. While we apologized, the ladies were incredibly gracious and understanding—it was a joy to see him so lighthearted again. Kristine was also wonderful. She took the time to talk with my father, helping ease his concerns with compassion and care. Watching them share a quiet, meaningful moment brought a tear to my eye. This place is truly special, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

The Terraces is a wonderful place, and the staff are incredible. Bree worked closely with me over what amounted to several months while I was searching for the right place for my Dad. She was very patient and kind. I looked at a lot of places and this was the only one that didn't feel pushy. They really care about the residents and families. Unfortunately, my Dad wasn't quite ready to make the move, but The Terraces is absolutely where we will go.

My mother lived at The Terraces of Roseville for 5 years, passing away this past week. When my mother needed them the most these past few months in hospice care they were there for her. The front desk staff was always helpful, responsive and patient. The kitchen and wait staff were always patient and attentive, and the food was varied, fresh and good. My mom needed more and more assistance as time went by and the pharmacy techs, and room aides were kind, patient, prompt and skilled. Housekeeping did the best they could, with my messy mom, and her messy dog, a challenge. She loved living on the dog park, with neighbor pups often visiting through her open patio door. She had many friends amongst the other residents. I thought the administration was flexible and understanding and did the best they could in challenging circumstances of covid, staff retention and such. I am grateful I chose The Terraces of Roseville to take care of my mom. Dan Fair Oaks, CA
