"Kerri and her gay lover is only in it for the money . There is no reason for the residents to be hungry all the time especially the first 2 weeks in the month ! Everything is always broke and she refuses to fix it . Meds aren't given . She hired an 18 and 19 year old kid and they come to work with short shorts and bring their boyfriends there and sit around and watch TV with residents . No care is given at all she backs them up because she is racist . All the blacks bend over backwards for her which are the ones who still stay after all other employees leave which happens to be white . It's a circus over there and unbelievable . Please I implore you please don't send your relatives there . They don't care . They rob the families as well as the employees . It's over crowded and nasty !"

"This job is the worst place to work at the residence have it bad there. The residents get hit on by the director and yelled at by workers also they let the patients fall all the time and say they have the right to fall . So many residents have died less then a week being in that place due to neglect Also the director and the staff member they steal the residents Hydrocodone pills and act like they given them to the resident and taking them they know as the pill poppers sometimes the residents barely get there medication due to the manager not being there to fill they pill pack to give to them they food menu is very sad they eat egg and rice all the time the owner Kerri MAKES people come in sick with COVID-19 or strap throat and threatening them if they don’t she will fire you Kerri only worry about money not her residents"

"Our first meeting with the owner of this place led us to believe that she was a kind and caring woman that wanted to assist with the care of our father. Unfortunately, he died within hours of arriving at her facility. Since my father passed away before spending even 12 hours at the home, there was a substantial amount of money to be refunded because the owner originally required a $3800 advance payment for a prorated month stay. The owner originally promised a refund within 2 weeks. It's 2 months later and we still have no refund. We have repeatedly contacted Fairway Vista by email and phone with no response. We have resorted to filing suit in small claims court, contacting Health and Human Services regarding her license and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please beware."
