RICHMOND TERRACE ASSISTED LIVING

I facilitated a program at Richmond Terrace this week and was impressed by the high level of engagement by staff and residents alike. The residents are full of joy and laughter and eager to share their unique interests and talents. Anne Stumpf, Manager of Lifestyle Enrichment, went above and beyond to ensure my program was a success. I would gladly recommend this community to anyone looking for an assisted living community for a loved one!

Our experience at Richmond terrace has been excellent throughout the entire process. Tracy, Gail, Valarie, Rodney, and the entire staff were like angels- I mean that wholeheartedly. Each person we encountered helped to get my mom comfortably settled and made her feel at home. From the planning process, to the moment my mom arrived at Richmond Terrace we were greeted with kindness, warmth and tremendous amount of support and genuine concern – not only for the health and care of my mom- but also both of our emotional well-being. The transition of moving my mom into an assisted living home was admittedly very scary- after all, she is my mom and I want to be sure that she is being cared for, lovingly. It was very evident from all of the individuals that helped us that I wouldn’t have to worry about that. The entire staff at Richmond Terrace are very knowledgeable, professional, supportive, sharp, hardworking, attentive and have cared for my mom as if she was their own mother. From what I observed, and what my mom has experienced so far living at Richmond Terrace, we are very thankful for the support, assistance and great care that she has received. Not only is the staff and health care amazing, but the amenities are very nice, too! It is a happy environment with many activities throughout the week for socializing and wellness. Also, they refinished her room completely and was a very clean- just like a new! One other thing that is great about Richmond Terrace is the location. It is situated in a cozy neighborhood, conveniently located in Richmond Heights. Thank you, to all the hardworking staff of Richmond Terrace- we appreciate you so much. Each of you are what makes Richmond Terrace such a wonderful, safe, fun and joyful place to be.

I volunteer at Richmond Terrace leading a weekly men's discussion group. I have had the privilege of spending time with many of the men and women residents here, and it is a wonderful community. In addition to discussion groups, we ask the group for ideas where they would like to visit, and Anne, the Activity Director, sets up field trips for the group. So much fun. Anne also goes the extra mile on holidays to ensure that residents get a wonderful holiday experience. Love the residents, and the Richmond Terrace leadership and Anne the Activity Director.

Richmond Terrace is a lovely community with amazing staff and residents. You feel a sense of family when you walk through the doors. The staff is genuine, compassionate, experienced and always looking to add something special to each day to make their residents feel safe, cared for, loved and appreciated. They have fun, engaging activities that adds lots of joy and companionship. They care for this community like their own family which can also be seen in how clean it is…spotless. The chef prepared food is fantastic and the residents are so kind, engaging and full of life. I recommend you check it out for yourself and call Tracie. And the best kept secret…it’s affordable!

My mother in law moved into Richmond Terrace one week ago. She has had a excellent experience this past week. The Nurses, Medical Techs, Kitchen Staff and Activity Director have all gone above and beyond to make sure Mom is comfortable, involved (which she wanted) and cared for with kindness and respect.Tracie Stuckey (Senior Living Counselor) was instrumental in helping us make the decision to come to Richmond Terrace. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional to my husband and myself re; this Assisted Care Facility. We can't say enough about how good we feel about making Richmond Terrace Mom's new Home!
